    Show off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would suggest seeing a doctor as you may need muscle relaxants. It could also be nerve damage.

    Doctor is a last resort, muscle relaxant could be Chianti.
    I know from past sporting injuries that rest is the best medicine, but nowadays its action and keep moving.
    The last time I had a Thai massage the problem got worse for 3 days before it got better.
