Featured Who is this queen? Princess? Old Photo Brooch

I was hoping it was Lily Langtry in a movie about Queen Louise, but I find myself again disappointed.

The painting was by Gustav Karl Ludwig Richter & he lived 1823–1884, while Louise's dates are 1776 - 1810. (No wonder she died at 34, she had already had 9 children!) What was he painting from?

 

I read something that said his painting was after a watercolor by "Leon Moran," but as best I can tell there's nothing to back that up (and moran was born in 1864, so what was he working from?).

 

A vivid imagination?

 

Interesting conversation... the angle of the head in the original post is slightly different from the angle in the painting. Also, the image in the OP appears to me to be a photograph of a live person, not of a painting. I could be wrong. The pic is pretty good but on my phone I can't tell. So that could narrow it down to either an actress or a model posing as Queen Louise. I don't recognize her off the top of my head. I wonder whether it was related to the 100th anniversary of her death? The pin in general has the appearance of being issued in the 1910 time period. The setting has a crown at the top so that also suggests royalty to me.

That keeps nagging me too. Our lady of the brooch is full frontal, without the artistically posed head.
