They look like home decor to me, the museum reproductions of their day. Would not be surprised to learn that the originals of all 3 are in Louvre, the second one maybe from the Egyptian collection.

Well, without finding the original, I hesitate to take too firm a stand, but, I think not. :)

Waxes for lost wax castings are quite thin, I’ve made some myself. These sculptures look as if they have been coated in wax but I don’t really understand why, you couldn’t cast from them as they are shown here. The bases look pretty thick here, I can’t see if they are hollowed out though.

I think these could be cast as is. The hollowed out part isn't necessarily for wax to flow into, but rather to save the caster on the amount of metal that flows in.

As a student of lost wax technique for jewelry at a university years ago, I didn't hollow my wax out well and cast a lot of extra silver, I should have called it my "lost silver technique"!! ;)

What I mean is that if you poured investment over these as they are then because the wax isn’t all there and has fallen off in areas etc the investment would just stick to the non wax areas. I suppose with a lot of work rebuilding you could get a casting but it would be poor and detail lost.

She looks like a Berber woman, if she is, then the Louvre could certainly be the home of the original.
