WARNING. Eastbourne Auction Rooms or House

    so, the item arrived yesterday. more scratches and chips than mentioned plus abused as cache-pot inside showing limescale.
    and of course the postage...
    it seems that most auction houses do not earn a living these days. not the first time that an obscure shipping company "some houses further down the road" is doing the packing and handling for a hefty price... and you receive the parcel by normal DHL (as here) or UPS. here it was 80 £ instead of 20 to 25, which gives this bugger a good and hidden kick-back...
