    Yes made Italy so probably the lamp has been made in Italy . So any designers known in Italy who could be the designer made a lamp in this way ?

    And a new thing I have seen that the rusty bits and layer off paint has been protected later with a varnish like it looks . So to protect the original paint and rust damage of the make it look used ? If to protect I presume the lamp must be having some meaning and value to do that .
