The mechanism is solid, the inherent problem with the old bumper jacks was the lifting point. When you’re lifting up at a bumper the vehicle had to be well chocked because it wanted to roll away from whichever side you were lifting…particularly if you were lifting the back end off the ground as the front wheels typically have no parking brake. </p><p><br /></p><p>I used these guys many a time..in predetermined slots in the rocker…right past the front wheels or right in front of the rear wheels.</p><p>[ATTACH=full]346936[/ATTACH][/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
