It appears that powder was loaded in the funnel, went down the staggered chute and the collected at the bottom. Like I said before, there was a small glass bowl that went with this that broke, therefore it’s not pictured. </p><p><br /></p><p>Maybe something to do with medicine?&nbsp; I know they used to mix the medicines by hand back in the day. </p><p><br /></p><p>I have no clue what to call this.
