    Thanks Kylie, that's another contender for sure, the Portuguese are known for their majolica as well so it's a very good thought

    Have you tried Pinterest image search? Also Google image search now let's you add text for keywords. Makes your image searches more directed.

    That numbering is typical of Germany, Austria and Belgium. Nice thing that.

    Brilliant find Charlie. My feeling is German late 19th century in the Villeroy & Boch style.

    Found this Siegfried (legend Siegfried & Brunhilde)plaque. Not same but points to German as originally thought. IMG_0841.jpeg
