To my surprise, this is a mid 19th century piece and was priced at $250.00.&nbsp; Quite reasonable for what it is and the very nice condition.&nbsp; Have to think the large size off-putting for most.&nbsp; Was sold the following week.</p><p>[ATTACH=full]481813[/ATTACH] </p><p><br /></p><p>Hardly ever see any divans as nice as this one.&nbsp; In walnut to boot.&nbsp; Upholstery is even quite serviceable.
