They originally came from the thrift stores and I doubt my friend made much on them from me.</p><p><br /></p><p>You might remember this being posted very early in this thread.&nbsp; It was $150.00 when I posted it and I have to assume my friend got it for less.&nbsp; She removed the buckled veeneer on the drop-front and used a graphic black and white stencil of foliage on it.&nbsp; She tried to sell it for over a year with no takers, saying people either loved or hated the graphic.&nbsp; I am just glad she didn&#039;t paint the whole thing, as I plan to re-do the drop-front.&nbsp; Think my sister is taking this once I get it done.</p><p><img src="https://www.antiquers.com/attachments/thriftside-jpg.417242/" class="bbCodeImage wysiwygImage" alt="" unselectable="on" /></p><p><br /></p><p>This piece knocked my socks off when I saw it in her store.&nbsp; It is big and bold!&nbsp; Two separate pieces and heavy as heck.&nbsp; It has a partial label in one drawer that I haven&#039;t had a chance to photograph or research.&nbsp; Possibly Showers Brothers from Indiana but I can not find anything from them that matches.
