The wood needs some sprucing but I am sure it could be made to look a lot better easily. The upholstery was also good other than some loose strings to trim and some gimp to replace. The chair is $30.00 and the setee is $50.00. It is in a small town Goodwill way South of here so I expect the $150.00 price tag too ambitious.
