I broke down and bought another piece I do not need. How could I pass this up for $30.00? Condition is really pretty good, though my photo is lousy. There is some edge beading missing around the top drawer. Otherwise, just some minor veneer chips here and there. Drawer pulls are all original.


I did not buy this one. Upholstery is in good shape and the frame is refinished. Ready to go for $15.00.

 

Fancy flame veneer on that thing; it needs a good home.

 

A few more things seen in the wild. I did not buy any of them.

There were a pair of these chairs. Single board seats so quite old. $5.00 each.


This tall chest was originally $200.00. Now marked down to $150.00. It is a nice one so can't think it will last long enough for another price cut.


This youth chair was only $7.00. Has press-in caning so hard to say how old it is. Seemed older than a 70s reproduction but guess it could be.

 

How old do you think the single board chairs are? An unbelievable price.

At five bucks each, that would be stealing if there was any re-selling them.

Solid cherry drop-leaf with 4 much later chairs. Only $40.00 for the set! The table alone is well worth that. Those legs!!!!!



This child's rocker is not perfect but is quite old and it is amazing it has never been painted. $12.00.


Lastly, I just had to show this 70s monstrosity. Quite large at about 4' tall. At Goodwill so not cheap. Asking $80.00 so think it will be around awhile.

 

From the Early Bordello period which is how Goodwill justifies the price.

This dresser and matching tall chest are solid cherry. Thought they might be Willett but are unmarked. Dresser is $55.00. Chest is $45.00. It has something wrong with the bottom drawer glide that needs addressed. Otherwise, these are in good shape.



The lamp on top the dresser is $30. Hate the shade


This 50s chair would look great with some cool new upholstery. Only $10.00.


I bought this little chest thing for only $4.00. Not sure what it really is. Part of something larger? For coal or kindling? 12" x 12" x 20".
