Thrift Store Find - Jane Seymour limited edition, artist enhanced serigraph?

If so why the stamp on back?</p><p><br /></p><p>Are her enhanced lithos/serigraphs painted over completely? (unlike say a Peter Max enhanced print - he only dabs paint here & there and then signs it in paint by hand)</p><p><br /></p><p>This piece MATERNITE ROUGE appears to have been sold out; I found mentions & photos of it, but none for sale. Her other prints/serigraphs sell for $2,000+ !</p><p><br /></p><p>What do I have?
