Featured Thrift find - handmade Burl root(?) stool?

    I just got this message on eBay about the stool (bench?):

    Ist das nicht ein schnitzelbank
    Googling what is a schnitzelbank says it is a German song...and a carving bench! (Schnitzelbank - Wikipedia ) but the photos I saw looked different & bigger. Anyone here from Germany? Does this look like a schnitzelbank?

    JM-To clarify, you're not a dummkopkf, i meant the commenter.Wiki says it also can refer to a 'short rhyming humorous verse/song'.

    I saw that - the song is a children's song.

    PS - Funny thing, when I thanked him for the information it turned out he knows me - he's a fellow picker at 1 of the thrift stores I go to mon-fri!
