I was in this mans shop a week ago and asked the price on this, which was once quoted to me as $1k, later 2k, and this third visit was told "I put it on Ebay." I couldn't find it there and asked him about it, a day later got a reply that it was now on Ebay. I found it and bid. I also sent him a text "please don't take it down early as I often put my full bid in late (yeah I snipe!) Then he texts me "I sold it here today, will take it off Ebay tomorrow." Well if he does take it down while my 99 cent high bid is the only one, I guess I own it, technically, for 99 cents! He's been around a while so I expect him to wiggle out of it somehow, but don't know. Strange situation anyway![/QUOTE]
