It appears to show a bearded man seated in the company of a bunch of ladies, all wearing some sort of ceremonial collars. Seems to be banners/flags in the background…honestly it’s a bit creepy! The photo is so small what you see in the pics here is about as much detail as there is. My relatives were heavy into Templar, Shriners, Odd Fellows and Free Masonry. I’m wondering if this is somehow related to these affiliations, however a pin doesn’t seem to match stylistically with the normal fanfare of badges and medals.
