Silver Asian Bracelet...age? Origin?

The top one appears to be 3 initials of "HR?" or "HB?" I can't make out the initial on the far right. The 2nd cartouche, the bottom cartouche, could be 4 letters like OXOX, 0X8X or anyone's guess.
