I am including a cropped zoomed pic of that area with the supposed window, part of the fence and whatever is lying on the ground circled. None of this helps in IDing the location, unless someone can definitely ID whatever is lying on the ground as an anchor. BTW, appears to be a person walking to the flagpole.</p><p><br /></p><p>If the land isn&#039;t falling off to the back and they turn out to be tents, they would be very very large tents!! They would be as high as the 2nd story of the buildings.
