There is a series of 4 white road signs (not a street sign, direction to other cities) on a post in the lower right. The top sign says Settle. The 2nd one starts with an "E," the 3rd might start with Mt or Mount, and no idea about the 4th sign. Of course there is that big round sign being carried saying, "Bellingham  (a cross) Headquarters." The sign on the large building says "The Weiser HRM/BRM/RBM? Company." I haven't had any luck in IDing that company. I did find a Samuel K.
