I haven’t cleaned it up as yet and it clearly has some age and has been well used. The decor is art nouveau or arts and crafts in style to me but unlike anything else I can find. A bit messy at the rim where the paint has either washed off or been poorly applied. The motif is repeated three times around the vase. I’m thinking maybe painted by a hobbyist on a blank? The RS mark looks right from my research and it’s translucent so that seems right too. The other initials I’m assuming are the painter. Measures 18.5cm high.
