The mark looks like it was overstamped with "Rogers Smith Company and quadruple" fairly clear and Meriden Ct. looking like it was understamped. I know its plate but my question is what date range was it made and what would you call it ( it's 3 inches tall and a little under 2 1/2 across ). All of the marks I've seen have "rogers Smith Co." but on this Company is spelled out.
