    They're usually found with the plique-à-jour salts like mine, but over the years I've also seen them on their own in sets of six, the looped handle similar to those on traditional Norwegian sugar spoons, like those shown below.

    Yes it is, a gorgeous silver miniature drinking horn, with beautiful Viking motifs.
