I was not able to find these specific marks unfortunately. While I play around with jewelry, I am not nearly as educated on the subject like some of the members on the board and tend to forget quickly things I read. So, all options are on the table as to who made it and what materials were used I cheat using local resources and my instincts.

For me, I would just take it down to my jeweler and let them look it over. They will have the ability to test the stones (though I do have tools for stones) and the metal. Someone mentioned austro hungarian, and it does offer up the style. I have had a few pieces and they were well marked and easy to track down. The leaf mark looks like a quill to me, but I could go either way, the rooster mark in similar to the very old french gold mark. The initials/letters in the mark may be a province or maker. All of course are speculative observations.

As far as the rest is concerned, The pearl groupings are all things I stay away from. I rarely ever deal in any of it unless it was in a lot that contained other items I wanted. These items would be best suited in a new thread to get some additional input on those. All the other pieces look to be "good quality" items. Maybe someone else more knowledgeable will weigh in on them. From the looks you have two really cool belts that look complete, which would be a nice find if they are antique.
