    It looks more like St. Rose de Lima to me. She's always shown with a crown of roses and, often, cherubs. Here's an older example.

    Except Rosa de Lima was a sister in the third order of st Dominic, and is always dressed in a Dominican nun's habit, as the picture you posted shows.
    The Madonna is wearing a classic Madonna dress and cloak, she gathers part of her cloak in the way Madonnas have been depicted since the Middle Ages. She is not dressed as a Dominican.
