When looked at from the front, the Steiff&#039;s front shoulders stand out from his sides rather than being straight underneath his body. He has &quot;ankles&quot; with round, well defined feet. His name tag is affixed to his collar and wouldn&#039;t have been attached to his chest with red thread. His ears would not have been sewn to his head, but he would have an ear tag (or a hole if it had been removed). While yours is missing a lot of his mohair, I would still expect to see some of his airbrushing.
