Featured old plate restoration result

    Great that milliput stuff, need to order another packet

    I usually crush a bit of art pastel sticks or acrylic paint to get a similar colour, then a touch of clear gorilla glue to act as a glaze over the top

    I saw a clip of a sevres porcelain painter in an art documentary once

    She used a tiny brush with lots of little layered brushstrokes to create an even finish

    Sounds good thanks. I did actually think of mixing some colour in with the milliput but that was after it had gone hard so it was a bit late. Maybe next time eh?
