His entire name was Horace Sydney but with most of the little info on him he is refered to S.H. Hebblethwaite. There is a book by him called, Screaming Historics, the Last Man &amp; Other Drawings (Judy: the London Serio-Comic Journal 1901-1902), but it is a little hard to find. Judy was a satirical magazine that existed from 1867 until 1907. I found a few other examples of his illustrations, but mostly dead ends. I am wondering if this is actually from that time period and what the printing process was? It has dots that can be seen when magnified so that will probably help.
