Eh, bleary-eyed from running through salt books - didn't find #3, but unless your pics are very deceptive, still looks like fairly modern art glass to me...

Page 249, plate 753 in Jzyk & Robertson's 'Open Salt Compendium' (2002) shows what appears to be your #2 master in a different blue, described as, "Early hexagonal peacock blue master salt, by Bryce Brothers, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, c. 1891, rare color, $125." Keep in mind that most salt references show pieces in a wide variety of materials, and the information isn't always as accurate as specialized sources might be - wouldn't surprise me at all if it's a bit earlier, or even by a different manufacturer. On looking at an 1891 Bryce Bros, reprint in 5000 Open Salts (which might be the source of the Compendium's ID), while 'French' is very similar, it does differ from yours and both book pieces at the pedestal - #657, referenced by Ladybranch, is updated in the price guide as, "Bryce Bros. c. 1891".

Sorry: 2-7/8 corner to corner, not 4! (or 2 side to side)
