No Idea What This Is(not an antique)

    If that's what @Shwikman has, then it's a primitive of a primitive, and possibly extra value as a make-do...

    There's some annoyance among connoisseurs of antique lace making tools about the proper name and use for one of these as primitive light magnifiers, when they were logically available to anyone.

    Somehow, lace making got baked in to the identification of them. No one knows who to blame, so the term stands.

    So it turns out this thing has a tag on the bottom. I tried to remove one of the corks from a bottle. With a very gently squeeze and twist the end of the cork disintegrated. Luckily it’s still sealed so no info on the liquid.

    I still believe it came from an upscale head shop - we had Greeko's in Hermosa Beach - They made and sold sandals, leather goods and unique home accessories for well-heeled hippie hipsters.

    I was curious about where Maya d'Oro was located and what other things they may have copyrighted, but can't look up before 1978 online.
