Featured needlepoint (3)... antique, vintage or repros?

If that's foam rubber, actual rubber foam rubber, that's another clue to age. Not sure when other materials became the norm for fill, but there was definitely a point when foam rubber would not have been used anymore. The decay of the rubber may be what's making the fabric sticky.

To my eye, fabric looks 1940s or a bit earlier which is consistent with braid.

If that's latex foam and the original backing, I'd say late 40s to early 50s was dead on for when the pillow was made.
