For some reason I couldn’t get the page translated. After some comparison of Kaufman’s(beautiful) and the one I will get tomorrow, while I feel my Artist did have a skill set I find the perspective of the main building being thinner at the bottom and wider at the top is not consistent with the others buildings. This doesn’t occur in Kaufman’s. Well that and the balcony appears pitching upward as noted in this photo. YIKES! Mine is signed and dated 1948.
