There&#039;s a big coffee stain across it.</p><p><br /></p><p>We are not sure if the man on the horse is his grandfather (b. 1891) or great grandfather(b.1852)</p><p><br /></p><p>If we could pinpoint the age of the photo, then we might know who it is.</p><p><br /></p><p>I&#039;m thinking this photo was taken in the 1930s.&nbsp; I see telephone poles( or maybe heating vents) in the background and the sweater on the rider looks to be from that period as well.</p><p>The rider is also wearing boots with laces.</p><p>I&#039;m unfamiliar with saddles, but that may be a clue as well.</p><p>Any ideas?
