I recently purchased some Gorham Buttercup pattern sterling spoons. They have the usual Gorham marks on the back, and they appear to be stamped by the retailer they were sold out of, but they all also have this stamp on the back I haven't seen before. I wasn't even sure where to start for searching for it, has anyone seen this before or know why it's there? It's on the back of all the spoons in a set of 5:
