    Just say it has the number 78, but you don't know what that refers to.

    If it's a pochoir, then it's a multiple and there could be another from the same edition online. In that case, the stain is likely a killer unless you can find a way to remove it.

    To add value, you need to figure some way to remove the stain or find someone who can do it. I had a friend who owned a frame shop (high end) who could do minor repairs at not a great cost.
