Large Waterfall oil painting, help with signature.

    Here's a pic of the verso. You can see the sticker in the lower right.

    A lot of paintings were imported unstretched. That would explain the sticker being under the stretcher.

    I don't know why, but I strongly have my doubts on that.

    I'm leaving this post as is for now. I'll take this painting to an art gallery when I get back home and have someone take a look at it in person. I'll post what they say. Thank you though for all the comments.

    Nearly a dead giveaway, given other factors, that verybrad is correct in describing it as a commercially produced Italian import.
