It is sin that caused the death of Christ on the Cross. “But God shows His love for us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8 Jesus Christ the Son of God stood for all that is good and fought against sin. He died on the Cross, was buried and on the third day He rose from the dead.
