Featured Large porcelain bowl - unmarked WWII Limoges?

    Thank you- so helpful! And also your comments re: the market for bowls of this kind are useful. I agree it's definitely not a minimalist piece !! However I think the long-standing trend for minimal interiors is giving way to something a little more homely at the moment - grandma style, traditional, maximalism styles are all growing in popularity. So it's a little bit of whimsy for someone decorating in that style.

    It's OK whatever happens as I only paid 4 euros for it, (I can use it as a dog bowl at that price :joyful:) but I think the colour scheme might appeal to someone looking for a fancy thing to display in a trad decor scheme. It's not really my style, too OTT with all the glitzy gold, but for some reason I still like it.
