    Oh yeah.... we cook exclusively with cast iron. Have a bunch of Wagner stuff from the early 1900’s and some enameled stuff from some French company I can’t recall the name of.

    Very similar but the shape of the handles are different and placed differently on the griddle.

    Whether old or new, cast iron cooking is the way to go. I have all my mother's cast iron that she used on a wood stove and then later on a gas stove. My son has appropriated some of it! He takes it camping, too. Nice find.
