[QUOTE="Lucille.b, post: 10081492, member: 51"]The fact this came from a fabulous estate sale is irrelevant, but it was a very profitable (for me) sale, with lots of vintage treasures. From last summer. I don't know about amber, it can be such a rabbit hole with fake look-a-like plastic or reconstituted, yet found myself grabbing this on the jewelry table first 3 minutes of the sale, It was $15, which is a bit more than I usually pay for unknowns. As I was checking out (this had been on the hold table with other things) another dealer came up to me unsolicited and said that he used to buy a lot of Amber from Russia in the 80s/90s and that this was "the real deal". Looking on Ebay it seems like these barely sell for anything. Maybe $30? Do I have that right? Any keywords, observations appreciated. Thank you!
