    The OP's photos do enlarge quite a bit if you are on a computer,click on photo,click on the "+" to enlarge,click on your cursor inside the photo to enlarge more.It does blur some at full magnification though,the stones look like they are glued in or if the piece is "plastic" the area around the holes melted some when drilling.
