Hi Bakers, I just wanted to respond quickly and say I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy this game, I completely understand if you choose to not participate in future games but I do really enjoy the expertise you always bring. To everyone else reading the post, there’s a few things that are very important we should all consider on the forum: #1. My games are designed to be fun and educational. If you don’t find them fun, or you don’t find them enjoyable, then the game isn’t serving the proper purpose for you and I don’t want this to be anything other than lighthearted for people. #2. I give you the exact information I had to work with. It’s true that the photo isn’t great, and that’s the whole point. In reality I don’t always get full information and I need to make a decision. The “STE” allowed me to purchase the set without ever matching the pattern. I would like to note that if you are a pattern researcher, the flatware in plastic towards the right of the photo is visible. #3. These games are more about winning your own game vs winning my game. You see most plastic wrapping of sterling flatware has red lettering, so for someone reading this I just helped them to understand not to count out blue lettering as possibly silver. I want you to go find your own treasure using these skills, that’s the big picture for me. I appreciate you all more than you could ever know. :) :)
