Isaac newton stained glass??

Would the late 1800S be a correct assumption on the date by the way the glass is??

 

Here's another piece it's interesting that tile in the back are different colors. I think the body is all the same nothing looks like it was replaced as you can see it all has faint detail of the coat an scarf etc.

 

It's a wonderful piece and the restoration means someone loved it because it's not inexpensive.
