How can I tell if it is in fact an antique? If it is one, how do I figure out the year?</p><p><br /></p><p>I&#039;m so clueless when it comes to this! I tried to see if there were an identifiers underneath but it doesn&#039;t look like it. The chair is heavy and extremely short. The legs are only about 7 inches off the ground -- does this mean it&#039;s a child&#039;s chair?</p><p><br /></p><p>As you can tell I&#039;m completely lost!
