Is the a genuine Art Nouveau photograph frame?

    Once upon a time, I bought my wife an embroidery kit from the V&A that turned out like this. I didn't know then, or until now of Arts & Crafts movement, but I liked Morris's designs and socialism.

    I'd call it a rather nice late 19th into early 20th Arts and Crafts frame.
