Want to add that some of the mail order catalogs list these in the $45-75 depending on size.

 

I've seen the green rosebowl before as a vase.
You might try asking as a separate question. My first thought was Czech, but I'm really not sure.

As for the two vases, do some investigation into Amphora and see where it takes you. I think all Amphora was marked, but you might come across something else.

 

Dunno about the glass bowl, but the majolica pair look like asian stuff to me and the mudman looks recent. However, people like mudmen!
