It has purses and a coat hanging on it. I&#039;ll post that. My grandma had it spray painted a bronze-like color, so the color is not true to the original. The original was brass. My mom thinks it may have first been in my great grandmother&#039;s house but isn&#039;t positive. As a result, I don&#039;t know which decade to search in. Somewhere 1900-1950. She grew up in Upstate New York.</p><p><br /></p><p>Can anyone help me to narrow down my search so that if another comes up for sale again, I&#039;ll be sure to find it? The ebay seller didn&#039;t respond to any of my inquires, but I will post the picture he had up of the item so you can see how it would&#039;ve looked in the original brass.</p><p><br /></p><p>The part that&#039;s been hardest to find is a match that doesn&#039;t have a ring around the middle of the center pole.
