Exactly, the weight is a little bit heavier than mortar cloisonné, but still quite bit lighter than traditionally made cloisonné which is pretty heavy because of the material.

By traditionally made, do you mean items like those heavy archaic inspired bronzes with cloisonné? And would mortar cloisonné be things like cloisonné on gilt metal vases, snuff bottles, etc?

I mean heavy archaic inspired bronzes with cloisonné.

Actually, "mortar cloisonne" is a slang usd by asian cloisonne replica makers.
Many cloisonné replica makers and dealers called mortar cloisonné as very low quality made cloisonné, most of which are very light and the surface is not flat. Enamel is made of mortar, brass powder and adhesives.

For the semi-mortar cloisonne, their enamel is also made of these materials, they are gilted

And I also got this one which is hand made in 1970s, but I consigned it to the auction house last week.

I would rather say it is a filigree inlaid metal plate rather than a cloisonne plate.

Yes, I would call it filigree with enamel, there are no metal 'cloisons', literally cloisters or compartments.
    Gorgeous pieces, Asian.
