    I think he's fifties. The glass eyes, the embroidered nose and mouth and even the pads. He's very like my baby one. Might be Merrythought.

    You frequently send me to google to look up the terms you use. Excelsior is a new one for me . We have an Excelsiors spring near us so I had never heard the word used for wood shavings. I appreciate the antiquers using the correct terms.
