Help to date and describe sterling Aquarius ring by CINI

It made me think of Repousse. Is this right? How old might this ring be? Is the style, or decoration, Art Nouveau?</p><p><br /></p><p>Finally, Aquarius begins in about seven weeks. What might be the right timing for listing it?</p><p><br /></p><p>Here are two shots from the back.
