HUH, what’s that have to do with it?</p><p>Heating oil, back then was ------------ fifteen cents a gallon. Yes, 15 CENTS! In the previous season the heating bill for this house was over nine hundred dollars.</p><p><br /></p><p>I didn’t buy the house.</p><p><br /></p><p>About fifteen years later met this young lady 50 miles from home on a business trip. She asked where I lived, and then said she used to live there. ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THAT HOUSE.
